भू देवता प्रार्थनम्

pray to nine planets

pray to earth god/goddess

अनन्त, कूर्म, वाराह  देवता प्रार्थनम्

इन्द्रादि, दिक्पालक देवता प्रार्थनम्

pray to Ananta, the great serpent (Sheshnaga, dragon)

pray to koorma ( great tortoise- second avatara of lord Vishnu)

pray to Varaha ( great boar, the third avatara of lord Vishnu)

pray to Indra and other gods

pray to Dikpal, presiding gods of all the ten directions of the earth planet 

संकल्पितः सकल कार्यस्य 

निर्विघ्नता सिद्धि अर्थं 

महागणपति प्रार्थना पुरस्सरम्

संसद भवन निर्माणागत्वेन 

आधारशिला स्थापन पूजनाख्यं 

कर्म करिष्ये

I perform foundation laying ritual for construction of new parliament building

I, Narendra Damodar Das Modi 

एतद् देशः प्रतिनिधि भूता

being the representative of the nation

एतद् देश्वासिनां 

for the people of this country 

सर्वेषां सज्जनानां 

योग क्षेमार्थं 

for the wellbeing of all the good people 

राष्ट्र विरोधिनां निवर्हणं द्वारा 

and to eradicate anti-national elements 

जनानां चित्त शान्ति , चित्त स्थैर्यं, 

ensuring peace and stability for the people 

सन्तोषादि अभिवृद्धि अर्थं 

and  enhancing their  satisfaction etc. 

एतद् देश्वासिनां 

परस्पर विद्वेष, परस्पर निन्दा,परस्पर हिन्सादिनां 

निवृत्ति अर्थं 

to eliminate mutual hatred, vilification and violence etc. 

परस्पर सौमनस्य सिद्धि अर्थं 

and to bring mutual good will among countrymen 

एतद् देशः परिपालन समये 

मुख्यामत्य महोदयेन अन्यैः  सचिवाभिष्च

योग्य निर्णयः स्वीकर्णादि द्वारा

एतद् देशस्य अभिवृद्धि अर्थं 

एतद् राष्ट्र परिपालनान्ग भूता  

कार्यालय भवनः निर्मिता कार्यस्य 

during my tenure as PM, a right decision endorsed by ministers, secretaries etc. to construct parliament building to further  interests of the country and govern it 

निर्विघ्नेन परिसमाप्त अर्थं

अनुकूलता सिद्धि अर्थं 

 and to complete the task free from obstacles 

I pray to (twelve) suns and nine planets so that

they help us
