In a written reply to a question asked by Shiv Sena's Sanjay Raut he said No such Memorandum / Agreement was signed. He said Delegation level talks were held between Raksha Mantri and US Secretary of Defence on 12th April 2016 in New Delhi. Both the Ministers reviewed bilateral defence cooperation and agreed on measures to further strengthen the same.
