MEA is, apparently, unaware that visit of diplomatic corps to mass grave site was proposed a few days ago.The visit was cancelled owing to bad weather and rescheduled for October 3. Lalbujhakkads of MEA are still not sure whether H.E. Vikram Misri will take trouble to visit the mass grave site or not. Are you listening Mr Modi/Mrs Swaraj ?
