Operational part of Order of International Court of Justice on provisional measures sought by India in Kulbhushan Jadhav case

The Court
I. Unanimously,
Indicates the following provisional measures;
Pakistan shall take all measures at its disposal to ensure that Mr. Jadhav is not executed pending the final decision in these proceedings and shall inform the Court of all the measures taken in implementation of the present Order.
II. Unanimously,
Decides that until it has given its final decision, it shall remain seized of the matters which form the subject-matter of this Order.
Done in English and French, the English text being authoritative at the Peace Palace, the Hague this 18th day of May, Two Thousand and Seventeen, in three copies, one of which will be placed in the archives of the Court and the other transmitted to the Government of Republic of India and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan
