It is Time to resort to punitive diplomacy to counter disinformation war launched from western countries, before it is too late

 India being pushed into middle ages- you build expressways/highways; we would dig up bore well to celebrate our freedom. And western establishment would applaud,what a glorious struggle against Narendra Modi's authoritarianism!

 India is so much free that you can dig up a bore well on  an express way/ highway.
